Carolyn Collins
Awards Committee
Accept nominations for REALTOR®, Rising Star and Affiliate of the Year and make selections there from. This committee can, during their meetings, select additional nominees as they see fit. Meetings, as necessary.
Fernando Santos
Education Committee
Makes recommendations for educational programs and speakers. Meetings, as necessary.
Marleia Newton
Election Committee
Officiates the annual general membership election meeting for Officers and Directors. Meetings, as necessary.
Shanna Caldwell
Events Committee
Makes recommendations and plans KCBOR events, some of which are for compliance with NAR Core Standards. Meetings, as necessary.
MacCauley Stahowski
Finance (Budget) Committee
Approves, amends, or otherwise makes recommendations to the Board of Directors of an annual budget prepared and submitted to the Committee by the Executive Officer. Approximately two meetings per year.
LeeAnne Rossiter
Grievance Committee
Review complaints and designate the complaint for a citation: Dismiss the complaint as unworthy of further consideration: Refer it for arbitration prior to or instead of a disciplinary hearing: or refer it back to the Association Executive for Hearing. (Must attend professional Standards training each year). Committee size to be at least 5 members, all from different offices.

Installation Committee
Plans the annual Installation luncheon or dinner. Meetings, as necessary.
Larry Harper
Nominating Committee
Prepares a slate of qualified members to serve on the Board of Directors. Meetings, as necessary.
Ashley Lovrencevic
Scholarship Committee
Makes recommendations for Scholarship guidelines and Scholarship presentation Brunch. Meetings, as necessary.

Social Media Committee
Makes recommendations for input on KCBOR social media sites. Meetings, as necessary.

Social Networking (Mix & Mingle) Committee
Makes recommendations to the BOD for networking events. Plans and promotes these events. Meetings, as necessary.
Ariel Finn
Sunshine Committee
Represents KCBOR at member memorial services, assures that when needed, sympathy or get-well cards are sent to members. Meetings, as necessary.
