What is a REALTOR®

Only real estate professionals who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR) can call themselves REALTORS®. All REALTORS® adhere to NAR’s strict Code of Ethics.

How to Join KCBOR

When you join KCBOR, you become a member of the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) and the National Association of REALTORS® (N.A.R.).

How to Join KCBOR (Affiliate)

The Kings County Board of REALTORS® offers to those individuals or firms engaged in activities related to the Real Estate professional the opportunity to be a part of our association as an Affiliate Member (Vendor). 

How to Join the MLS

Any California licensed real estate broker, agent, or appraiser may submit an application to become a participant or subscriber in the KCBOR MLS.
